Perris Centennial Gala
The Perris Centennial Gala was awesome! The Gala began at The Perris Theatre with an awards ceremony. The Perris is in the process of being restored, but already looks magnificent. After the ceremony, participants enjoyed a great dinner! I hope we see more events like this in Perris.
Black History Month Parade
The weather put a damper on the Black History Month Parade in Perris. With the rain, maybe a few dozen people attended the parade.
Skate Park Open at Paragon Park
Press Enterprise Article: Perris gets second skate park, this one free to use Perris opened the skate park at Paragon Park on March 18, 2009. When the Mid-County Parkway is built, it is likely that the skate park will be relocated at taxpayer expense.
